BASIC RULE
Jackets are unique and unrepeatable pieces, therefore not replicable in other sizes. But we can create your OWN PERSONALIZED UNIQUE PIECE together.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
To understand what you like, we can start with a kimono jacket from those I have already made or
WE START FROM SCRATCH!
I will send you photos of the materials I have available in my workshop, we choose the base and the colors to start with, and then we continue by selecting various fabrics and patterns until we arrive at your Personalized Kimono Jacket.
SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
The production time is 3/5 working days from the selection of materials, then the package will be sent with tracked shipping.
During Event and Market periods, production times may vary.
- PLEASE NOTE -
Kimono jackets are HANDMADE, therefore:
- Each item fits slightly differently because using recycled material does not guarantee the same fit (e.g., stretch denim, rigid denim, velvet, etc.)
- If you are between two sizes, choose one size up or down depending on whether you prefer a looser or tighter fit.
- If you have any doubts about your size, DO NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT ME; I am at your disposal for any questions.
Custom jackets, being personalized, cannot be returned, therefore they are NOT subject to RETURNS OR REFUNDS.
