As a small business, it is not sustainable for us to cover the costs of return shipping (cost of non-reusable packaging material, ancillary return management costs, and outward and return shipping costs).

For this reason, in case of a return, €10 will be deducted from the refund.

VanillaCreativeRecycling accepts returns within 14 days if the products have not been used, altered, washed, or otherwise tampered with. Products must be returned with tags in their original packaging.

No product can be returned to VanillaCreativeRecycling without VanillaCreativeRecycling's prior written consent and will be subject to a return fee charged to the customer.

To make a return for a refund, send an email to vanillacr@outlook.it including:

• as "Subject" > the word RETURN
• as "Text" > First Name and Last Name, your order number, and your email address.

The request will be approved within 24 working hours, and upon approval, we will email you the return shipping label.

After attaching the label and carefully sealing the package, you can go to the nearest shipping point to drop off your return.

The amount of the purchased items (minus the €10 return cost) will be refunded within 7 working days from the date we receive the return, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
